If you are having a problem that
cannot wait until regular office hours, then please leave a
message on our office answering service and then try to reach
Dr. Agostinelli at his home at (585) 865-9834. If he is not
at home please leave another message on his home voicemail since
we check both the office and home voicemail regularly when the
office is closed and we are away from home.

If you would like to make an appointment,
change an appointment or cancel an appointment please contact us at
appointments@jeadds.com.
Please note that if you are canceling an appointment we would like a
minimum of 24 hours notice so calling the office and leaving a message
might be the quickest way to do this.

Problem with your
Account?

Having a problem with your account? If there is a question you
have regarding your account please do not hesitate to contact
us. If we have made an error or something did not get posted to
your account, then we would like to know about it and rectify this for
you as soon as possible. Having a problem paying your bill?
Let us know what we can do to help or make things easier for you.
If we don't hear anything from you and no attempt is made to pay a
bill then we have no choice but to start some sort of collection
process.
